Antony Skinner Bio

Antony Skinner is a partner in our projects practice. Antony specialises in renewable and thermal power with respect to development, financing and M&A in the UK and Europe. Antony has advised sponsors and lenders, purchasers and vendors in a range of transactions in relation to renewables and power generation developments, and in connection with a number of renewable portfolio acquisitions and financings. In 2015, Antony advised sponsors and funders in connection with the financing of 131 solar projects, representing 35% of installed ground-mounted solar capacity in the UK alone. This was achieved across a number of significant portfolio financings for leading solar companies and banks including Lightsource, TerraForm, Bluefield, RBS, Santander and Investec.
