David is a Partner in the Arthur Cox Belfast office, specialising in Corporate and Commercial matters and leads Arthur Cox’s Energy & Renewables sector group in Northern Ireland. David’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate reorganisations and restructuring for a wide range of industries. In particular, David advises on a wide range of matters in the Energy sector including, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, compliance, governance, regulatory and associated legislative and licensing requirements matters and energy trading arrangements.
