Vincent Briand Bio

Vincent Briand began his career at Arsene after successfully completing Bar school in December 2012. Vincent has acquired solid expertise in corporate tax law working for national and international corporations, assisting them on internal restructuring projects as well as on various tax law issues in manufacturing, food and beverage and retail. He has also acquired experience in Private Equity by assisting many investment funds acting as buyers and vendors in various operations.
