Romain Daguzan Bio

Romain joined Arsene in 2013. He advises national and international companies, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, on a wide range of daily tax law issues as well as on investment and restructuring operations. Romain acquired extensive experience in the field of tax inspection and litigation, especially regarding specific procedures and alternative regulations (Tax,Customs and Exchange Advisory Panel, annulment on grounds of ultra vires, etc.). He is a regular contributor to professional books and journals.
