Frederic Teper Bio

Frédéric assists French and international clients on an array of tax issues, from corporate tax and flow management to individual tax. Frédéric is involved in a number of acquisition and restructuring projects, for investment fund as well as corporate entities. Frédéric is Secretary General of the IACF. He also teaches restructuring tax law and tax consolidation in the Tax Lawyer Master’s program at Paris V – Descartes University. Frédéric also manages relationship development between Arsene and Taxand.
