David’s expertise is in corporate tax law. His main areas of interest are general fiscal management, transaction tax law (M&A, Private Equity, restructuring), and tax inspection asisstance. David was involved in the creation of Arsene in 2004, and is currently member of the Partners Committee at Arsene.
