Brice Picard Bio

Brice assists French and international businesses in tax law, tax advice and litigation, in a broad range of fields (energy, corporate and personal services, media, communication and advertising). He has been involved in many acquisition and reorganisation deals in both M&A and private equity. Brice also has a specific expertise in individual asset tax, both in management and optimisation or personal investments and compensation mechanisms by business owners and private investors.
