Alain Recoules Bio

Alain began his career with Arthur Andersen International in 1989. In 1998, he was named Partner and head of the indirect tax department, helping develop an expert team for digital accounting control in relationship with ERP software providers. This expertise helped him better understand corporate tax issues (VAT regulations, RAS management, Research Tax Credit, etc). Beyond his expertise in indirect tax and International Business regulations, Alain has acquired a skill set in France and Europe in pharmaceuticals, retail, and IT services. Alain is also member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, of IACF, APTE, APDC, and is a former administrator of the Fiscal Policy Institute. He is a member of the Institute of Directors in London.
