Thomas Borch-Nielsen works with mergers and acquisitions of companies (M&A), demergers and company law. In recent years, Thomas has worked with several large transactions, including transacions within renewable energy. Based on this, Thomas has gained a good understanding of the energy industry and previously led Grette`s industry group for energy. In addition, Thomas has 2 years of experience as a Deputy Judge at Ringerike District Court. Thomas is acknowledged as a «Next Generation Lawyer» in the category of Electricity and Renewable Energy in Legal 500 for both 2019 and 2020, and as “Next Generation Partner” in 2021-2023.
