Rune Haglund Bio

Haglund assists financial institutions, investment firms and private companies in connection with financing transactions, guarantee issues, day-to-day operations, company law, business transactions, insurance law issues and restructuring. He also assists clients within the field of inheritance and probate. Haglund has considerable experience in the savings bank sector, in which he has worked and acted as an advisor since 1986. He also has experience as an in-house lawyer and has served on the boards of several venture capital companies and foundations. This broad experience has given him considerable insight into associated professional areas. He is a solutions-oriented advisor, with strong social skills and a wide network. He is much sought after as a public speaker by savings banks and other financial institutions in Central Norway. He chairs and serves on the boards of numerous associations and foundations.
