With over 25 years of experience of the acquisition and divestment of businesses and equity transactions, Dagslet is one of the longest serving lawyers currently employed at Arntzen de Besche. He has been project manager for several of the larger transactions in which Arntzen de Besche has been engaged as legal advisor. He is ranked as a leading transaction lawyer by rating agencies such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. He has extensive experience of assisting with acquisitions in a number of business sectors, such as energy, technology, fisheries, aquaculture and tourism, as well as the service sector. Dagslet has in-depth knowledge of decision-making processes and structures in major enterprises or business groups. This insight, combined with a firm understanding of the commercial drivers, makes him a strong and inclusive project manager, who is keen to find the short-term and long-term solutions that add value to the transaction.
