Marianne Lind Sahl is part of the M&A department and specializes in capital markets transactions, securities law and M&A, with a particular focus on public and international cross-border transactions. Sahl has extensive experience with IPOs and other capital market transactions within various sectors ranging from shipping, seafood, E&P, technology, finance and real estate, and has advised in a number of the larger capital market transactions in the Norwegian market in recent years. Sahl is rated among Norway's 10 best lawyers within capital markets and IPO's in The Norwegian Financial Daily's Lawyer Survey (2020), and is ranked by Legal 500 as a "Next Generation Partner" in the capital markets category (2020). She is ranked as "Up and coming" by Chambers within capital markets. Chambers' sources state that has a "hard-working attitude which is supportive and important in these processes, and she is very solution-oriented". Sahl is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's securities law group. Education: 2004 University of Oslo - Cand.jur. (Qualifying law degree)
