Lars Horgen Hinze is part the M&A department. He works primarily with M&A, offerings and other equity transactions and advises both Norwegian and international clients. He also has significant experience within asset management and private equity and regularly assists investment firms and private equity players, including in relation to establishment and structuring of investment funds. 2003 University of Oslo - Cand.jur.
