Knut Martinsen is a partner with our M&A department with a special interest and focus on companies driven by a technological value proposition or with technology being the key enabler for its business. Knut works with companies in all phases of their life cycle, ranging from start-up companies, companies raising capital (debt and equity), companies undergoing financial restructuring as well as all types of exit processes. By working through the entire life cycle of companies, Knut has gained invaluable insight and understanding of the various aspects that need to be taken into consideration in the different phases of a company’s life. In addition to M&A, Knut is experienced in advising clients on all types of IT services, from basic IT operations to procurement of advanced IT services and systems. 2006 Universitetet i Oslo - Master of Law (Qualifying law degree).
