Melberg assists clients with transactions, financing, the establishment of joint ventures, contracts, restructuring and reorganisation processes, and shareholder conflicts. He has worked on national and international assignments. His clients range from international investors, oil companies and private equity firms, through industrial enterprises and FinTech companies to local startups. Over a 15-year career, he has worked on cases in the majority of business sectors, with the emphasis on oil exploration and production, oil service, data centres, energy, technology and renewables. Melberg seeks to ensure that our contribution is effective and expeditious, and creates value for the client. His aim is to create long-term relationships with his clients. He engages in the local business community, lectures regularly and has written several articles on company law.
