Melberg is a member of the M&A department. Jens Baumann Melberg assists his clients with transactions, financing, establishment of joint ventures, contracts, restructuring, reorganisation and shareholder conflicts. His 15 years of experience cover most industries, with an emphasis on oil, oil services, energy, technology and renewables. Melberg has experience of international as well as domestic assignments. His clients range from international investors, oil companies and private equity to industrial companies, fintech and local start-ups. Melberg is devoted to local business, regularly talks at conferences and is a board member of the entrepreneur hub Innovation Dock AS. He has written several articles on corporate law and has acted as an examiner at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo. 2004 University of Bergen - Cand.jur.
