Bio

Solberg is part of the Commercial Property department and the M&A department. Solberg mainly works with issues relating to transactions, contract law and general company law, in addition to maritime law-issues. He has been involved in a number of transactions relating to enterprises, commercial properties and ships. Furthermore, he has for a number of years worked for venture capital investment companies. Solberg is also giving day-to-day counselling to companies operating within the areas of commercial property and shipping. In the recent years he has been involved in several contract negotiations regarding the procurement and operation of wind turbines to Norwegian wind parks. Education: 1999 University of Oslo - Cand.jur. (Qualifying law degree); 1998-1999 University of Oslo - Research Assistant at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law;
