Yulia Lazbin Bio

Yulia Lazbin’s practice focuses on corporate law, particularly venture capital and private equity financings, representation of Israeli and foreign venture capital funds in their investment activity – from seed rounds through to late-stage investment rounds and secondary transactions. Yulia also advises a variety of emerging growth companies in all facets of their activity, from day-to-day matters through to major financings and mergers and acquisitions and other ongoing internal, corporate and commercial matters. Yulia is recognized by The Legal 500 for her expertise in corporate law, venture capital and private equity, advising leading funds and emerging companies on investments, financings, and M&A transactions. Yulia received her LL.B. (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2009. She was admitted to the Israel Bar and joined the firm the same year, becoming a partner in 2019.
