Uri Nesher Bio

Uri is a corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising investors, startups and emerging growth companies, on a range of corporate and financing matters. His work includes representing Israeli and international clients in venture capital and private equity investments, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters. Uri regularly advises venture capital funds, angel investors, and strategic investors in connection with investments in Israeli and Israeli-related companies and has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs, founders, early-stage and growth-stage companies throughout their lifecycle – from incorporation and founder agreements, through financing rounds and commercial agreements, and up to exit.
