Raffi Brown Bio

Raffi Brown is a partner at Gornitzky GNY. Raffi joined Gornitzky GNY in 2025, as a partner in our Technology Practice. Raffi advises high-tech companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds and private investors on a wide range of international corporate and commercial matters. He provides ongoing legal counsel across all stages of business growth and operations. With deep expertise in the tech sector, Raffi has led and negotiated complex transactions in industries such as e-commerce, SaaS, cybersecurity and defense, artificial intelligence, enterprise software, robotics, life sciences and digital media. He frequently represents leading global tech companies and venture capital funds in equity financings, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to joining the firm, Raffi worked in the corporate and technology departments of leading Israeli law firms, and most recently as a partner in the Hi-tech Group of a leading law firm in Israel.
