Liron Hacohen Bio

Liron specializes in corporate law, commercial law and corporate financing. She represents emerging growth companies, angel investors, entrepreneurs and multinational corporations in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, as well as other corporate and commercial matters. She is widely recognized by the world’s leading legal directories, Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, for her excellence in corporate and commercial law. Liron served as a teaching assistant for a course on investments and exits in high-tech companies at the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She received her law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2006, and her LL.M. (specializing in commercial law), magna cum laude, in 2014 from Tel Aviv University, in a joint program with the University of California, Berkeley. Liron was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007, joined the firm the same year and became a partner in 2015.
