Tomer Bar-Nathan practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, representing corporations and individuals in civil and commercial law disputes of all types, as well as before all the judicial instances. Tomer has vast experience in complex litigation, including representing the firm's clients in the fields of M&A and in business disputes such as between real-estate companies and contractors and other entities. Tomer also has extensive experience representing defendants in class actions as well derivative suits involving corporate and securities matters, insurance, banking, consumer and communications law. Tomer has represented leading private and public companies in Israel, including various telecom and hi-tech companies, credit card companies and banks, insurance companies, real- estate companies, government-owned companies and more. Tomer served as a teaching assistant in various civil and labor law courses in the Haifa University and the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. Tomer received his LL.B (magna cum laude) and B.A in Economics from Haifa University in 2009. Tomer also received his LL.M (magna cum laude) from the same university in 2009. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2010.
