Joshua Lieberman practice focuses on dispute resolution and commercial litigation, including vast experience in commercial law, securities law, administrative and constitutional law, real estate, class and derivatives actions. Joshua has experience in representing complex disputes between shareholders in public and private companies, directors and officers, minority discrimination, IP disputes, as well as partners and founders' disputes in start-up companies. Joshua provides ongoing commercial legal advice and assistance to start-ups, public and private companies, to provide the best solution to clients both commercially and financially. Joshua represents his clients before all courts and tribunals in Israel, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as international tribunals such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Joshua received his LLB cum laude from Bar Ilan University in 2008 and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2009. Joshua has completed a mediation course in Bar Ilan University, and he is a certified mediator since 2008. Joshua joined the firm as a lawyer in 2011 and became a partner in 2019.
