Dror Varsano is a partner in the firm's litigation department, specializing in complex civil and commercial litigation and class action suits. Dror specializes in entertainment and media law and in telecommunications. Dror has also represented Multinational enterprises in a variety of issues including substantial tax appeals dealing with complex transactions, petitions relating to large-scale public tenders and distributorship disputes. Dror represented high profile companies, both Israeli and foreign, in various fields of operations, including food industry, fashion industry, software industry, telecommunication and broadcasting entities. Dror has represented his clients before various instances, including the Supreme Court and district courts, arbitration panels etc. Dror received his LLB, at Tel Aviv University in 1996. Dror was a member of the Tel-Aviv University Law Review, "Iyunei Mishpat". In 2017 Dror also received an MA magna cum laude, from the Evans Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at Tel Aviv University. Dror was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2001. Prior to joining Yigal Arnon & Co., Dror was a partner in a law firm and later headed his own law firm. Dror joined the firm as a partner in 2012.
