and access,
Benjamin Sandler wide-ranging practice is focused on representing emerging and established technology companies. His expertise ranges from mergers and acquisitions (including complex employment and integration issues) and equity investments (from both the company and investor sides) to ongoing internal corporate matters and commercial transactions. In addition to driving numerous high-profile M&A transactions, including intense involvement in some of the largest acquisitions ever made in Israel, he often works with clients to structure and implement complex retention and post-transaction integration programs. Ben also advises corporate clients with respect to general corporate and employment matters on an ongoing basis. Clients are particularly appreciative of his discretion and experience in handling sensitive employee matters, and his ability to bridge between Israeli requirements and practices and management abroad. He has extensive experience in executive compensation and employment issues, and leads the firm’s practice in employee equity incentive plans. In 2019 Ben was listed as one of the top employment lawyers in EMEA by Mergerlinks. Ben is the only Israeli lawyer in this ranking. Ben’s practice has been recognized by both The Legal 500 and IFLR1000. Ben graduated with a B.A, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and received his law degree from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1997. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1998, joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2007.
