Aner Hefetz practice focuses on Planning and Construction Law. Aner assists clients, including some of Israel’s leading real estate and development companies, at each stage of the planning and construction process, from property re-zoning and conversion, through building plan approvals and building permits. Likewise, Aner provides planning and construction litigation services, including representation before various planning commissions, including the High Court of Justice and the District Courts for Administrative Matters. Aner has valuable experience in property damage tort actions, betterment levy disputes, and construction-related criminal proceedings. Aner has unique expertise in Accessibility Law. Aner's article "Accessibility Law Revolution in Israel" which summarizes the topic, was published in Israel's prominent Real Estate Journal, "Mekarkein." In addition, Aner represents local committees of various regional councils regarding all aspects involving the local committee activities. Aner also practices Commercial Law and deals with complex commercial transactions, mainly in the hotel industry. Aner has extensive experience in Non-profit Organization Law and accompanies Non-profit Organizations in all their legal aspects. Aner received his LLB with honors from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 2005 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2006. Aner joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2014.
