Amalia Meshi has vast experience in a wide range of real estate, planning and construction transactions. Amalia has represented clients in major, real estate transactions in Israel and has advised some of the country's most prominent construction and property development companies. Amalia’s expertise includes the negotiation and preparation of property acquisition agreements, construction agreements, management agreements, joint venture agreements, bank financing agreements and merger and acquisition agreements. Amalia has also undertaken the due diligence reviews of Israeli and foreign companies and dealt with complex land planning programs. In addition, Amalia has represented clients (together with local counsel) in the acquisition of businesses and properties in Europe. Amalia graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1970 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1972. Amalia joined the firm in 1971, and became a partner in 1980.
