Adrian Daniels practice involves a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings and complex finance transactions. Adrian has extensive expertise in U.S. securities laws, has represented issuers in public and follow-on offerings in the United States, and advises Israeli companies on ongoing SEC and NASDAQ matters. Adrian also has extensive experience in day to day corporate matters, providing young companies with legal advice on a full range of routine and complex corporate and commercial issues. Adrian is also active in managing the firm's pro bono practice and leads the firm’s cryptocurrency practice. Adrian joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2006. Adrian received his law degree from Leeds University in 1991 and an M.A in Middle Eastern Studies from London University in 1992. He is a Wolfson Scholar of Lincoln`s Inn. Adrian was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1993 and to the Israel Bar in 1997.
