Charlotte Mallorie Bio

Charlotte Mallorie’s practice focuses on complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, both English High Court proceedings and commercial arbitrations. Ms. Mallorie has significant experience handling all forms of contractual disputes, partnership disputes, post-completion disputes, shareholder disputes, banking and insolvency litigation, competition litigation and complex civil fraud. Ms. Mallorie has represented corporations, directors, shareholders, private equity firms and high-net-worth individuals in a variety of different sectors. Ms. Mallorie is recognised in leading directories as “extremely smart”, “efficient” and “very switched on” and as someone who is “very easy to deal with” (Chambers & Partners 2022). In addition to her work in private practice, Ms. Mallorie has spent time on secondment in the National Risk Management team in one of the big four financial services firms.
