Carlyn Williams Bio

Carlyn Williams is co-head of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group. She has worked extensively with emerging growth companies, from formation to exit, and represented several private investors and venture capital funds making investments across industries, including technology, biotech, medical devices, and natural foods, among others, with particularly deep experience in the high technology and life sciences sectors. Ms. Williams also represents clients in complex corporate transactions, advising both private equity firms and corporate clients in strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, equity investments, asset purchases and sales, and joint ventures. She also advises on public company reporting and compliance matters.
