Luke Jedynak is a partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial team. He is a trusted adviser to a broad portfolio of commercial clients, including ASX 100 companies, private equity firms, and large privately-held businesses. Luke provides strategic counsel on a diverse range of commercial matters, including large-scale mergers and acquisitions and special situations as well as smaller, targeted investments. His expertise frequently extends to clients with international interests seeking to invest in Australia. Recognised for his sharp, commercial acumen and outcomes-driven approach, Luke is consistently regarded as an indispensable partner, helping clients navigate their legal and business challenges to achieve long-term success. Between February 2021 and May 2022, Luke was a senior advisor to the Commonwealth Treasurer, the Hon Josh Frydenberg, where he worked closely with senior executives within the Commonwealth Treasury and collaborated with key federal regulators, including the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission and Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board.
