Paula Nagarajan Bio

Paula is a partner in the Technology and Corporate & Finance practices and a member of the Emerging Technologies and Entertainment & Sports industry teams. Paula advises clients on complex M&A and financing transactions and corporate governance matters. Her practice is wide-ranging and includes representation of domestic and foreign companies, boards of directors, venture capital firms, emerging growth companies, and private equity firms in public and private company transactions, tender offers, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. With particular emphasis in the technology industry, Paula regularly assists companies and venture capital clients in financings and complex M&A transactions. Paula has also represented companies from formation through exit and in connection with commercialization of products. She has advised tech companies in raising millions of dollars through preferred funding rounds. She has also managed acquisitions for leading private equity firms and public company buyers. Paula previously led the attorney committee on racial and ethnic diversity for a local office of a global law firm and is passionate about mentoring, recruiting, and training younger attorneys. Additionally, her pro bono work has included helping clients in U-Visa matters and DACA applications and renewals.
