Damon Mclean is a partner in the Corporate & Finance practice and a member of the Financial Institutions and Healthcare Private Equity industry teams. Public and private companies choose Damon for the practical advice he provides in corporate governance, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, strategic transactions, and commercial contracts. Damon advises corporate clients through all stages of their life cycle. He serves as counsel in initial and follow-on public securities offerings, private offerings, ongoing SEC and state regulatory reporting and compliance, routine and complex corporate governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions. He also works with investment banking firms in completing underwritten public equity and debt offerings. When counseling healthcare private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, Damon drafts and negotiates purchase agreements and related documents for medical practice acquisitions and similar transactions. Damon has accumulated significant experience representing healthcare-focused sponsors with capital raising, governance, and investment matters.
