Jon Dalton counsels many of Missouri’s most successful organizations and individuals in business transactions and government/regulatory affairs. Guiding established and emerging businesses and professionals, Jon provides strategies for growth, financing, governance, organizational structure, and related planning matters. In that regard, Jon represents a broad range of entities, including manufacturers, real estate developers, health care systems and providers, pharmaceutical companies, educational institutions, e-commerce businesses and individuals involved in multiple industries and professions. Recognizing that legislation and public policy decisions on competition, taxation, business regulation, intellectual property and other issues can impact success, Jon proactively combines his legal experience with strategic government solutions to advance his clients’ objectives. He understands the processes and players at all levels of government and focuses on leveraging his extensive network of contacts to achieve positive outcomes. In highly regulated fields such as securities, health care, education, banking, insurance, economic development and more, Jon assists clients facing policy decisions, administrative law matters and regulatory compliance issues. He also works with trade associations and allied organizations to effect change across a broad range of industries, disciplines and interests.
