Louis Hoet Bio

Louis is a partner in our corporate department. He has a long standing focus on private equity and has advised on a wide variety of (private and public) M&A transactions, including corporate real estate. Louis has acted for prominent private equity firms, investors and corporates in a broad range of industries, spanning from aviation to equine healthcare and mushrooms. He joined Argo from Allen & Overy LLP in 2020 and has previously also worked for the investment vehicle of an international group in Singapore. Louis holds a degree in corporate finance (2019) and law (2009) from the University of Leuven. He is also a graduate from Northwestern University (Chicago), where he obtained his LL.M. (2010).
