Henri Nelen Bio

Henri is a partner in Argo’s corporate department. As an experienced transactional lawyer, Henri navigates clients through their (private and public) M&A deals. He has built up significant expertise in capital markets transactions and private equity. Henri acts as a trusted advisor to listed companies, private equity firms and corporates in a wide variety of industries. Before joining Argo in 2019, Henri worked at Loyens & Loeff in Brussels and gained valuable expertise during his time as an International Visiting Attorney at Skadden, Arps in London. Henri is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Law degree, 2012) and the University of Leiden (LL.M, 2013). He has been a member of the Bar since 2013.
