Bio

Hannes Casier proudly leads Argo’s private client team. Armed with many years of experience, Hannes advises on a colourful range of family wealth-related matters. Together with his team, Hannes guides his clients through issues of (inter)national wealth and estate planning, family property law (relational property law, inheritance law, wills and donations), inheritance and gift tax and on the transfer, governance and succession of family businesses. Hannes obtained his law degree at the University of Leuven. He is an editorial member of a journal on inheritance tax, lectured on inheritance tax at Ghent University and wrote a considerable number of scientific articles.
