Bio

Emilie Ooms is a partner at ARGO. Emilie is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Law degree 2008 – Maritime and Transport Law 2009). She has been a member of the Bar since 2009. She worked at Laurius from 2009 to 2017 and joined Argo in 2017. Emilie is an experienced litigator with a professional focus on dispute resolution in matters of corporate and commercial law. She also advises on all types of commercial contracts. Her practice ranges from pre-litigation advise and settlement negotiations to representation before Belgian courts.
