Deborah Diverdi Carlson is a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Securities group. She is a senior corporate attorney with a dual focus on general corporate representation and a dynamic transactional practice for emerging and mature public and private companies. Deborah has extensive experience in mergers and acquisition, joint venture formations, and executive compensation planning, including tax structuring and tax advice for representative business, debt and equity transactions. Deborah was previously a Partner at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP.
