Alexis Schostak Bio

Alexis Schostak has extensive experience running deals, working closely with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to provide creative, practical, and cost-effective solutions throughout the transaction. Alexis represents lenders and borrowers in a broad range of complex corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings, and mezzanine financings. She focuses her practice on representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured debt facilities, private equity funds and related portfolio companies, and small business investment companies in their deployment of capital, including intercreditor issues. She also frequently serves as Michigan local counsel to secured and unsecured debt facilities.
