Carsten Opitz Bio

Carsten Opitz is a Partner and head of the Corporate, M&A practice of Arendt. He specialises in corporate law, advising primarily large private equity, real estate funds and international companies, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex international corporate restructurings, corporate finance and transactional business law. He also advises regularly on corporate governance matters.
