Ainhoa Veiga, Partner of Araoz & Rueda since 2005, joined the firm as an associate in 1998. She is specialized in Competition/EU Competition, advising clients before the Spanish/EU competition authorities. Ainhoa has also extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters and unfair competition. A regular contributor to articles and publications on competition, intellectual property and commercial law, she regularly participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences related to her areas of expertise at universities and prestigious institutions. “Recommended Individual” in Competition/Antitrust in Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 EMEA in all editions since 2006 up to the latest in 2024. Included in the InspiraLAW Top 50 Women List 2018 by Iberian Lawyer Magazine (in recognition of women lawyers standing out for their technical excellence, knowledge of the sector and leadership, among others).
