Bio

Sailaja Alla is a partner within the Corporate department in Cayman. Sailaja has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of the formation, operation, restructuring and termination of all types of Cayman Islands investment funds. She also advises on Cayman regulatory and licensing issues in relation to these funds. Sailaja also has experience in a wide range of general corporate matters. Prior to rejoining Appleby in 2015 (having spent seven years with the firm from 2000-2007), Sailaja practised with two other offshore law firms in Cayman and Hong Kong. Sailaja is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and the Caymanian Bar Association.
