Gary Harris is a partner in Appleby Bermuda’s Corporate department where he advises clients on a wide range of complex corporate transactions. He primarily focuses on transactions within the insurance and banking industries including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and risk transfer transactions. Gary was with the law firm for six years before moving in-house to a leading global composite reinsurance company where he was the Head of Legal and Compliance in Bermuda for three years. Gary re-joined Appleby in October 2022.
