With more than 16 years of experience, Natasha Rao heads the General Corporate Practice of the firm in Bengaluru. She has extensive experience in corporate commercial, banking and finance, TMT and Employment Laws and routinely advises clients from various sectors including, banking and fin-tech, automobile, manufacturing, IT & ITES, e-commerce, F&B, education, and healthcare. With the advantage of having in-house experience and closely working with business teams, Natasha is able to understand the commercial requirements and provide practical solutions to navigate through negotiations for the closure of deals.
