Apeksha Amin is a Partner in the firm’s real estate team and has significant experience in dealing with real estate transactions and disputes. She has been instrumental in leading teams while being completely involved in drafting, vetting and negotiating transactions. In the course of her practice, she has handled several disputes relating to real estate and also regularly advises clients on succession planning and related advice. Apeksha’s several clients comprise of both developers and landowners while dealing with acquiring land and in development/redevelopment matters. Apeksha has also represented various banks and NBFCs in conducting title verification on a PAN India basis.
