Abhinav Singh has over 10 years of experience in the profession and advises in equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate assignments. Abhinav has represented funds as well as promoters/investee companies in venture capital and private equity investment transactions at various stages of a business in the technology, media, manufacturing, financial services, FMCG and various other sectors. Abhinav has acted in M&A deals in the financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and technology sectors. Abhinav also advises clients in setting up domestic fund structures.
