Ulf Edebrink is a partner at Andulf and one of the founders. For almost 20 years he has provided legal advice on private equity-related matters, such as investments in venture capital-backed companies, M&A transactions within the small to mid-cap sector, investments by institutional investors in private equity funds and co-investments, both domestically and internationally, as well as in fundraising for private equity funds.
