Martin Pilotti Bio

Martin Pilotti is a partner at Andulf and has a great deal of experience in M&A activities and growth and venture investments. Martin regularly advises on small and mid-sized buy-out transactions, both on the seller and buyer side. He also advises Swedish growth companies in the capital raising processes, as well as domestic and foreign investors in growth and venture investments in Sweden, with a particular focus on the technology, life science and online retail sectors. He is particularly experienced in advising US investors on Sweden-related deals. Martin is often praised for being efficient, driven and for his commercial mindset as well as his excellent know-how.
