Julia Brugge joined Andulf from Mannheimer Swartling in 2012 and has broad transactional and corporate commercial experience. She regularly advises venture capital funds on A-round investments, private equity-backed companies on buy and build transactions and clients generally on commercial agreements, with particular focus on the technology and IT-sector.
