Daniel Floren Bio

Daniel Floren is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. During the past 10 years he has focused on advising Nordic management teams in relation to the formation of closed-end funds for illiquid assets, including private equity in particular. Daniel also has broad experience from assisting well-reputed financial institutions in their global investments in alternative assets. He also regularly advises on transactions, including venture capital investments, and is interested in the functions and dynamics of the private equity ecosystem in a broader and commercial sense.
